Maddi Shipping & Delivery Policy

We're excited to get your order to you! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Shipping Within the Philippines

All local orders are shipped via J&T Express to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

Delivery Timeframe

Metro Manila: 1-3 business days

  • Fast delivery within Metro Manila 

  • Delivery timeframe begins after order confirmation

Outside NCR (within Luzon): 1-5 business days

  • Covers all areas in Luzon outside Metro Manila

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays

Visayas & Mindanao (VisMin): 5-7 business days

  • Delivery to all provinces in Visayas and Mindanao

  • Remote areas may require additional time

Delivery timeframes include the processing and packing of your order upon confirmation. All deliveries come with a tracking number.

Note: Shipping rates and delivery timelines are based on J&T Express's current rates and service standards. These are subject to change should J&T Express update their pricing or delivery schedules. Any changes will be reflected on our website.

What We Ship To

We deliver to:

  • Residential addresses

  • Office addresses

  • Barangay halls or landmarks (if preferred)

We cannot deliver to:

  • PO Box addresses

  • APO/FPO addresses

Our courier services (J&T Express for local) can only accept deliveries to standard physical addresses.

Taxes & Duties

Philippine Orders: All taxes and duties are included in your final order amount at checkout. There are no surprise fees or additional charges upon delivery.

Order Processing

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Cut-off times:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Philippine Time - processed the same day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Philippine Time - processed the next business day

Please note:

  • Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays

  • Processing may take longer during sale periods or peak seasons (Christmas, Payday Sales, etc.)

  • Pre-order items have separate processing times (see Pre-Order section)

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as:

  1. Your order is received.

  2. Your payment is confirmed.

  3. Your order is packed and ready to ship.

  4. Your order is out for delivery.

Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see these emails in your inbox!

Tracking Your Order

How to Track

Step 1: Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"

Step 2: Click on the order you want to track

Step 3: View your tracking number and delivery status

Step 4: Click the tracking number to see real-time updates from our courier partner

Order Status Meanings

  • Order Confirmed - We've received your order and payment

  • Processing - We're picking and packing your items

  • Ready to Ship - Your package is ready and waiting for courier pickup

  • Out for Delivery - Your package is on its way to you!

  • Delivered - Your package has been successfully delivered

  • Failed Delivery - Delivery was attempted but unsuccessful (see Missed Delivery section)

Delivery Process

What to Expect on Delivery Day

Our courier partner will:

  • Contact you via text or call before delivery

  • Deliver your package to your specified address

  • Request a signature upon delivery for security

Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your package.

Missed Delivery

If you miss your delivery, don't worry! Here's what happens:

After 1st Failed Attempt:

  • Our courier will attempt redelivery the next business day

  • You'll receive a notification via text/call

After 2nd Failed Attempt:

  • Another redelivery attempt will be made

  • Please contact our courier or Customer Care to arrange a convenient time

After 3rd Failed Attempt:

  • Your parcel will be returned to our warehouse

  • You may request redelivery (additional fees apply - see below)

Redelivery Fees

If your parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, we're happy to redeliver! However, the following fees will apply:

  • Standard Redelivery: ₱150

  • Express Redelivery (Metro Manila only): ₱250

Unclaimed parcels exceeding 6 months will be cleared, and no replacements, reimbursements, or refunds will be made.

Delivery Without Signature

We require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package reaches you safely. However, if you'd like to authorize delivery without signing (leave at door, with guard, etc.):

  • You may request this by contacting our courier partner

  • Please note: We cannot reimburse or replace orders not received if delivered without signature

We don't encourage this option, but it's available if you prefer!

Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila Only)

Same-Day Delivery is available for select orders within Metro Manila, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Cut-Off Time

  • Orders must be placed and fully paid on or before 1:00 PM (Philippine Time).

  • Orders with payments confirmed after the cut-off time will not be eligible for same-day delivery.

Availability

  • Same-Day Delivery is available Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and Philippine public holidays.

  • This option is available for selection on our website when applicable (i.e., Metro Manila address). 

Pickup Schedule & Location

Shipping Fees & Courier Arrangement

  • All same-day delivery shipping fees shall be fully shouldered by the buyer.

  • The buyer is responsible for booking and coordinating with their preferred courier service.

  • Same-day delivery is applicable exclusively to Metro Manila addresses only.

Customer Coordination

  • Customers must coordinate same-day delivery arrangements through:

    • Instagram Direct Message (@maddi_co), or

    • Customer Service Email: hello@shopmaddi.com

Same-Day Delivery requests are subject to order volume, operational capacity, and successful payment confirmation. Maddi reserves the right to approve or decline any same-day delivery request at its sole discretion.

Pre-Order Items

What is Pre-Order?

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but available for advance purchase. These items will be shipped once they have been produced and packaged at our warehouse.

Pre-Order Timeline

  • Estimated arrival dates are shown on the product page

  • You'll receive an email update when your pre-order items arrived

  • Pre-orders typically ship within 2-4 weeks from the date of order

Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items:

  • Option 1: Ship all items together when pre-order arrives (no additional shipping fee)

  • Option 2: Split shipment - in-stock items ship first, pre-order ships later (additional shipping fee applies)

Special Delivery Requests

Change of Delivery Information

Need to update your delivery address or contact number?

  • Contact our Customer Care team before your order ships

  • Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes

  • You may coordinate directly with our courier partner for minor changes

Delivery Instructions

You may add special delivery instructions at checkout:

  • "Leave with building security"

  • "Call upon arrival"

  • "Deliver to office reception"

Please note: Complex instructions may cause delivery delays.

Important Reminders

Inspect Your Package Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the box appears damaged or tampered with, note this before signing and take photos immediately.

Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the box and items

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund

Stay Reachable Ensure your contact number is correct and reachable during delivery hours (9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday).

Provide Clear Address Please provide complete and accurate delivery information:

  • Full name

  • Complete address with landmarks

  • Barangay, City, Province

  • Contact number

  • Alternative contact number (recommended)
